DESCRIPTION:Information sessions – ReconAfrica Project Information\nDate: February 2\, 2021\nReconAfrica welcomes the opportunity to share ReconAfrica Project information at our two upcoming information sharing sessions on seismic and ongoing operations. \nAs requested by NCE\, we thank NCE for sending out this invitation to NCE representatives\, NCE members and interested stakeholders. Fifty persons are allowed to attend each of the two sessions. Covid-19 Regulations apply. All attendees will register at Hotel Thule and with ReconAfrica. It would be best to send the list of attendees prior to February 2\, 2021. Each session will last 2 hours including: presentation\, questions and answers. \nAfter each session\, participants must disperse from the information sharing session room and follow the Hotel Thule COVID 19 rules to ensure that Covid-19 cleaning protocols are implemented\, and all the required Government of Namibia COVID 19 regulations are followed. Please ensure all participants wear masks and are of aware of the Government of Namibia COVID 19 regulations. \nSession 2 Date: February 2\, 2021\nRegistration 12h30-13h30\nSession 13h30-15h30\n50 persons\nCoffee\, tea and a snack will be provided to each of the participants \nNamibian Chamber of Environment:\nIf you are interested to participate\, please send your name and organisation\, and the session (morning or afternoon) you want to attend\, to admin@n-c-e.org as soon as possible\, but before 10 am on Monday 1st February.  \nWe apologise in advance if some people are not able to attend. We will send out the lists of attendees as soon as possible after the cut-off time so that\, if you are not able to attend\, perhaps you can ask someone who is on the list to pose your question or express your concern on your behalf. \nEveryone may also make written submissions. \nBecause of the very tight time schedule of each meeting (2 hours) there will not be time to engage with stakeholders on Zoom.
